Terms and Conditions of the Online Store
Company Details
- The owner is the company Galeria Plakatu polishposter.com.pl Joanna Marcinkiewicz with its registered office at: Ul. św. Mikołaja 54-55, 50-127 Wrocław, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 6912162356, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 020156241, which operates through the Store polishposter.com and galeriaplakatu.com.pl.
- These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the Customers as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller as the entity managing and running the Store.
- Customers are obliged to respect copyrights and rights arising from the registration of inventions, patents, trademarks, utility models and industrial designs.
- The Owner undertakes to use the personal data of the store's customers only for the purpose of proper performance of the distance selling contract.
I. Technical conditions for using the Store
- In order to use the Store, the Customer should have:
- a device transmitting teleinformatic data
- access to the Internet
- an email address
- The Store collects information contained in cookies, which are text files. These files do not store any personal data, they are used anonymously to assess the real interest in the website on the store's pages. Cookies are used to exchange information between the Store and the User, which significantly facilitates the adaptation of the offer to the expectations and preferences of each Store User. The Customer decides on the use of cookies. Web browsers often have the option of installing these files on the Customer's end device enabled by default, which the Customer can change at any time.
- The Store informs that disabling the use of cookies by the Customer may affect the functionalities available in the Store.
II. Registration and Login
- In order to create a "Customer Account", the Customer registers by providing: login, e-mail address, password and first and last name, telephone number, address using the form. The customer has the option of providing data for a VAT invoice.
- The password provided when logging in to the Store may consist of letters, numbers and/or special characters. The password is individual for each user. The password can be changed on the website by providing the e-mail address and the new password.
- Setting up a "Customer Account" is free of charge.
- By accepting the regulations, the Customer makes a declaration of the following content:
- I have voluntarily joined the use of the store's services
- the data contained in the form is true
- The Customer may not transfer the password to the account in the Online Store to third parties.
- After registering, the Customer will receive an activation link to the account website at the e-mail address provided.
- Activation allows you to log in to the system.
- The Customer may not copy, modify or distribute content, photos, logos without the prior consent of the authorized person.
- An order in the store can be placed without creating an account.
III. Order fulfillment
- The store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing the Customer to place an order at any time, except for maintenance breaks. The customer also has the option of placing an order in person at the office during opening hours.
- In the case of natural persons, Customers may only be persons with full legal capacity.
- The Customer places an order in the following way:
- selection of goods by adding them to the basket
- selection of delivery and payment method
- providing data to the registration or login form, delivery form
- order confirmation by pressing the "order with payment obligation" button
- sending order confirmation to the Customer's e-mail address
- an order placed electronically will be confirmed no later than within two working days (excluding holidays) from receiving the order. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail or by phone
- The Customer undertakes to provide true data.
- Due to the antique nature of some of the offer (single, archival posters), the store confirms the availability of the offered goods within 2-3 business days. If the goods are not available, the order is canceled and the entire amount paid is returned to the customer. If only part of the order is missing, the customer can decide whether the order is to be fulfilled or canceled.
IV. Prices and shipping costs
- All offers on the online store's website are only an invitation for the Customer to submit an appropriate purchase offer.
- The prices given for the products on the Store's website are given in PLN and include taxes and fees. The price of the product before marking the "add to cart" button does not include shipping costs and other additional fees. Shipping and payment costs are added to the sum of the ordered products. The customer is informed before placing an order about additional costs, e.g. related to packaging.
- The final price of the order, binding the Store and the Customer, is the price of the product given on the Store's website before placing the order by the Customer, together with all costs related to the performance of the contract.
- Information on the total value of the order (including shipping costs, payment) is made available before selecting the "I order - transaction with payment obligation" option and is confirmed in the e-mail sent immediately to the address provided by the Customer.
- The cost of domestic (in Poland) courier delivery is PLN 27 regardless of the number of posters purchased.
- Foreign shipping cost is calculated during checkout. It depend on weight, destination and shipping service.
V. Complaints

VI. Other

- The customer has the option of reading, downloading the content of the regulations to his Device and printing the document.
- The Store will change the provisions of the Regulations for important reasons after prior notification to Customers by publishing the uniform text of the Regulations on the Store's website and sending its content to the email address indicated by the Customer. The amended or modified regulations are binding, after meeting the other conditions provided for by law, only for legal relations arising after the entry into force of the amendments or modifications.
- Changes to the regulations will not in any way violate the acquired rights of Customers using the Store before the effective date of the changes.
VII. Right to withdraw from the contract
Consumer's right to withdraw from the contract:
Within 14 days of receiving the purchased item or in the case of services - concluding the contract, the Buyer (consumer) may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. In such a case, the Seller will refund the Buyer the cost of purchasing the item. The refund of the purchase price of the item will be made immediately after the store receives the returned goods. The return does not include the cost of purchased services that cannot be returned due to the nature of these services. THE COST OF RETURNING THE GOODS IS COVERED BY THE BUYER.
